We would like to inform you that, effective August 18, 2025, our company will undergo a change of name and logo. All other identification details, such as the Company Registration Number, VAT Number, registered office address, and other legal particulars, will remain unchanged.
Previous company name: BLOCK Technology a.s.
New company name: Timotec Reinraumtechnik a.s.
New company logo: 
The change of name and logo does not affect the validity of any contracts or agreed commercial terms previously concluded. All rights and obligations of our company remain in full force, and we will continue all existing business relationships without interruption.
We kindly ask you to use our new company name and logo in all correspondence, invoices, and other documents starting from August 18, 2025.
