Unsere Hauptspezialisierung ist die maßgeschneiderte Produktion von Isolator-Technik und RABS (Restricted Access Barrier System)

Wir gehen auf jeden Kunden individuell ein und können dank unserer eigenen Konstruktionsabteilung und der eigenen Produktion flexibel auf Aufträge und Anforderungen reagieren. Unsere maßgeschneiderten Lösungen zeichnen sich durch ein durchdachtes Design aus. Unter Verwendung hochwertigster Materialien werden die Isolatoren von BLOCK mit höchster Präzision gefertigt. Sie sind aus robustem Edelstahl AISI 304 und AISI 316L hergestellt und gewährleisten eine dauerhafte Leistung bei einer Vielzahl von anspruchsvollen Anwendungen wie Wägen, Probenahme, Materialhandhabung, Sterilitätstests und anderen. Völlig zertifiziert nach den aktuellen Standards (cGMP, FDA, ISO, etc.), entspricht die Isolator-Technik dem höchsten Grad an pharmazeutischen Sicherheitsstandards.

Containment Isolators

  • Isolator for personnel (operator) protection.
  • Used for work with toxic substances (antibiotics, hormones, cytostatics, API and HAPI).
  • Possible integration of other devices as reactors, vacuum dryers, containment valves, etc.
  • Work in a vacuum atmosphere in contrast to the ambient surroundings.
  • Double HEPA filter in the exhaust from the isolator.
  • Turbulent air flow in the “C” purity class (ISO 7).
  • For work with up to OEB 5 materials.

  • Used for work with materials.
  • Possible integration of RTP ports, incubators, sterilizers, etc.
  • Over-pressure atmosphere in contrast to the ambient surroundings.
  • HEPA H 14 filtration in the inlet into the isolator.
  • Laminar air flow of 0.45 m/s ± 20%.
  • “A” purity class inside the working chambers (ISO 4.8).
